Huge Mission Bay project put on hold

Salesforce.com’s plans for a 14 acre campus adjacent to UCSF Mission Bay have been put on hold, leaving a gaping hole in Mayor Lee’s plans to turn South of Market into the “innovation capitol of the world.”

First draft of new D6 nixes Kim, Walker, Daly … and the poor

The Redistricting Task Force released their first draft of a redesigned District 6 last week. The newly drawn boundaries shed 29% of excess population by eliminating Hayes Valley and the north Mission.
